member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) which involves the
local Green
Bay and
Fox
Valley
area. The MLS provides comparative
access to all listings available with almost all counties in the
area. All local
realtors work together to provide a larger pool of clients for
themselves and others of existing homes on the market.
The
MLS includes comparable market data for obtaining the proper listing
price of your home. The
MLS can search by price, location, number of bathrooms, bedrooms,
size, exterior siding, and many other possibilities to find a new
home.

Realty works with other co-brokers selling our homes in the MLS. We
generally pay 50% commission splits to the selling community. This
is approximately the same as other companies pay each other, so
other agents work just as hard to sell our listings.
